What a position should disclose
- Where the principal is held and who can move or manage it.
- How shares are calculated and which assets they represent.
- Who pays fees and bears market gains or losses.
- When and how to exit, the redemption asset, waiting periods and extra costs.
Locked LP and future services
Locked graduation LP is not a redeemable public deposit. Strategy vaults, platform capital pools and lending would be separate products with their own valuation, permissions and exit terms.
