01 Acceptance

By opening this site, raising a fly, watching the live desk, connecting a wallet or signing any transaction, you accept these terms, the privacy notice and the risk disclosure in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it. When the version number changes, the entry confirmation appears again.

You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract where you are, and you must not be barred from using this kind of service under any law that applies to you.

02 What the Interface is

FEFE is a website interface: you can read public quotes, prepare a community-market draft, run a fruit-fly connectome subcircuit in the browser, and watch FEFE’s paper desk. The smart contracts it may talk to are public and permissionless. They operate whether or not this website exists.

We do not operate an exchange. We do not hold, custody or control your funds, keys or tokens. We do not execute trades for you, match orders, make markets, or act as a broker, dealer, custodian or adviser. You sign and broadcast your own transactions. Once broadcast they are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse or refund them.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its subsidiaries, Uniswap Labs, Janelia / HHMI or Google. Connectome data is used under CC-BY with attribution. That is not a collaboration.

03 The operator

The operator is a planned Singapore web3 team. The controller is resident in Singapore. This is not a registered company. These terms do not treat an unformed entity as formed.

Counsel has been engaged. This document is not a legal opinion, a licensing opinion or a signed memorandum. Official-token legal work remains skipped as instructed. That does not authorise an issuance or a subscription.

04 Eligibility and region

This interface is not offered to US persons, and it is not offered from the United States or US territories (including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands).

This site does not block visitors by IP. The entry checkbox is your own representation. It is not identity verification and does not prove whether you are a US person.

You may not use a VPN, proxy or other tool to mask or misrepresent where you are in order to pretend you qualify. Doing so is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for confirming that using this site, connecting a wallet or signing a transaction is lawful where you are.

05 Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. We are not your adviser, broker or fiduciary.

Prices, charts, reference quotes, paper P&L and neural readouts are for information only. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for any decision.

06 Official-token terms unpublished

This document is not the official-token issuance terms. Until those terms are final, public pages do not publish the official-token symbol, contract, date, subscription, a fixed yield or an airdrop promise.

Holding the official token or any community Memestock does not itself grant cash distributions, company equity or vault redemption. The fly does not hold or operate the official token, and it does not forecast a price.

07 Flies, the paper desk, and markets

Raising a fly replays the same genesis brain in your browser. Every number is tagged “read from simulation” or “human-set”. It is a model, not an animal, not a personality and not an investment signal.

FEFE’s live desk is paper: real execution is closed. Paper P&L is not money and is not fed back into dopamine by default. A live envelope has separate gates. These terms do not open it.

Community markets keep their own rules. Anyone can prepare a draft. Whether onchain submission is open is written on the page at the time. A listing here is not a recommendation.

08 Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, your tax position and every transaction you sign. You bear the entire risk of using the site.

Verify every transaction in your own wallet before signing. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Anyone who does is attacking you.

Do not use the site to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, infringe rights, manipulate markets, defraud anyone, or break any law that applies to you.

09 Fees

A market’s fees are written on that market’s page or on the launchpad template at the time. Network fees are paid to validators, not to this site, and are not refunded.

Raising a fly is free. Until official-token terms are published this site has no subscription door and does not promise a yield.

10 Availability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness, uninterrupted operation or accuracy.

We may change, suspend or restrict any part of the site at any time, including by region, without liability.

11 Third parties

The site depends on services we do not control: the chain and its validators, wallets, nodes and data feeds, hosting and object storage. Their failure, censorship or error can block a transaction, misstate information or cause loss.

Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We do not control them, endorse them or accept responsibility for them.

12 No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability arising from your use of the site, the contracts it talks to, any token, or the in-browser simulation — including loss of funds, tokens, profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, and any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us through the site in the three months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. If you paid us nothing, the limit is one hundred United States dollars.

13 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or reasonable legal fee arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone’s rights.

14 Marks and data credit

The FEFE name and mark are reserved for the operator. You may not use them to suggest an endorsement or affiliation you do not have.

The fly connectome comes from hemibrain / MaleCNS, CC-BY. FlyWire NC and GPL NEST are not used. You must have the right to use names, images and links you submit, and you grant us permission to display them. We cannot remove what is written to a public chain.

15 Disputes

You agree to bring any claim individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.

The intended seat of the operator is Singapore. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Singapore. That does not treat an unformed entity as an incorporated company.

If a provision is held unenforceable it is severed and the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement about the site.
